COVID 19 Policy
If you are feeling unwell, please note that we will not treat you under any circumstances. Feeling unwell includes, but is not limited to the following in the last 14 days

Fever of 38 degrees Celsius and greater

Cough

Sore throat
-
Shortness of Breath
-
Difficulty Breathing

Runny nose and Nasal Congestion
If you do enter our office, please follow these hygiene protocols for your safety and ours:
• Wash hands with soap and water before and after entering.
• Hand sanitizer is available at our reception desk and throughout our office spaces.
• If you cough or sneeze, use a tissue or into your elbow and wash or sanitize your hands immediately afterwards.
BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT
We do not accept drop-in appointments. You can book appointments by giving us a call at or through our online booking system. At Lucent Medical Aesthetics you must be 18 years of age or older to receive any treatments or services.
When booking your appointment you will be required to provide a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment and this will be applied towards your treatment or consultation.
Missed Appointments and Cancellations
In order to cancel your appointment you MUST call or email a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Any missed, late cancelled, or changed appointments without 48 hours notice will result in the loss of your deposit and an additional deposit will be required for your next treatment.
Refunds
At Lucent Medical Aesthetics we do not accept returns or refunds on used purchased products, services or packages. If the product you purchased is damaged, it may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. You may also exchange products within 14 days of purchase if unused and unopened in the original packaging.
